Industrial Real Estate Sites
The Belt Line works closely with local economic development and real estate resources to assist our customers with locating industrial sites to suit their needs. There are currently several multi-modal sites, with three to twenty acres available, located on the Belt Line right-of-way. Small sites suitable for trans-loading are also available.
The Belt Line can assist in providing information and contacts regarding grants for developing rail sites.
